Yes. We carefully inspect our cards before they are listed in the shop. For single cards, we check authenticity, condition, language, set, card number, and important collector details. For graded cards, relevant grading information is transparently provided.

The condition is described as transparently as possible. Visible features, signs of wear, or important details are particularly carefully considered for high-value cards. Our goal is not to sugarcoat cards, but to give collectors an honest basis for their purchasing decision.

We package orders securely and card-friendly. Single cards are protectively packaged, for example, with sleeves, toploaders, cardboard protection, or similar protective packaging. Larger orders, sealed products, and high-value collectibles are additionally secured to ensure they arrive safely.

The available shipping methods and costs are transparently displayed at checkout. Costs may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, and shopping cart contents.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information, depending on the shipping method. If you cannot find an email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Yes, complete collections can be interesting for us – especially if they contain sought-after single cards, high-end cards, graded cards, sealed products, or well-preserved collectibles. Photos, videos, or a clear list help us to assess the value more quickly and accurately.

Yes. We are particularly interested in popular single cards, chase cards, alternate arts, manga arts, secret rares, signed cards, graded cards, and well-preserved collections from Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering. Other TCGs can also be exciting depending on the card or collection.

For high-value cards, a viewing may be possible by appointment. Please contact us beforehand so we can check if the desired card is available and if an appointment can be reasonably arranged.
