Terms and Conditions (T&C) 

  1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Hall of Trader. The offer is directed exclusively at natural persons (consumers) as well as commercial customers, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
    The purchase contract is concluded with Hall of Trader.
    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
    The contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance via shipping confirmation by e-mail or by dispatch of the goods.

  3. Prices and Contract Language
    All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise specified. The price valid at the time of the order shall apply. The contract language is German.

  4. Delivery and Shipping
    Orders are generally processed on the same working day for payments received before 16:00. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping service provider.
    All cards are carefully packaged (e.g. protective sleeves, toploaders). Shipping may partly be carried out using recycled packaging materials.

  5. Payment Methods
    The following payment methods are available: credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer as well as invoice purchase via external payment providers.
    In the case of bank transfer, we reserve the right to cancel orders if no payment is received within 14 days.

  6. Retention of Title
    The goods remain the property of Hall of Trader until full payment has been received.

  7. Transport Damage
    Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery service and communicated to us as soon as possible. Your statutory claims remain unaffected.

  8. Warranty
    The statutory warranty rights under Swiss Code of Obligations apply.
    For used goods, the warranty period may be limited to one year from delivery.
    Minor visual deviations in collectible cards (e.g. centering, minimal print marks) do not constitute a defect, provided that the stated card condition is respected.

  9. Liability
    Liability is governed by the statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

  10. Right of Return
    Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are in the originally shipped condition. Sealed products such as boosters or displays must remain unopened.
    The following items are excluded from exchange and return:

  • discounted or sale-labelled products

  • pre-sale / preorder items

  • specially manufactured or individually ordered products

  • travel, event or tournament tickets

Collectible card products contain randomized content. The purchase does not grant entitlement to specific cards, rarity levels, or market values.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, even in cases of originally free shipping, unless an error on our part has occurred.

Delivery delays for preorder items due to manufacturer or distribution issues do not automatically entitle cancellation, provided delivery remains reasonable.

  1. Refund Procedure
    Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Following successful inspection, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take several additional business days.

  2. Data Protection
    The current privacy policy published on our website applies.

  3. Final Provisions
    Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction – insofar as legally permissible – is the registered office of Hall of Trader.
